QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME A COOPERATIVE MEMBER
1) Membership of the cooperative is open to all transport services and
individual employe who work in the Cooperative operational teritory.
2) A person who wish to become members of this Cooperative shall be-
a) citizen of Malaysia;
b) has attained the age of eighteen years;
c) is a resident or has a property or work in the operation territory of this
cooperative and
d) is not convicted to any offense, or mentally disable, or has not being
discharged from bankruptcy status, or has been terminated from being
a member of any cooperative in a period of one year.
FI SIGN AND SHARE
1) Every application for membership shall be accompanied with an entry fee of
RM50.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifty). In accordance to Section 50 (a) of the
Cooperative Act 1993, the entry fee shall not be refundable except under the
condition where an appliction to be a member is rejected by the Board.
2) The minimum share for each member must be at least RM250.00 (Ringgit
Malaysia Two hundreds and Fifty) and it can be increased voluntarily
according to its members financial capacity. The maximum limit of shares to be
owned by a member shall not exceed 1/5 of the total accumulated share capital.
NOMINEE APPOINTMENT FORM/ EXECUTOR
1) Every member necessary fill out this form completely and submit to the Cooperative.
2) Previous nominee on behalf of the Appointment Form Nominee / new executor received by the cooperative.
3) Evidence on appointment: -
a. NOMINEE FOR MUSLIM MEMBER
Each muslim member should name a representative beside law to accept after his death, the right money for him in the Cooperative is to be distributed to the beneficiary who is entitled according to Islamic law.
b. NOMINEE FOR NON-MUSLIMS
Every non-Muslim member should name one or more as nominees.
